A CLEARER WAY TO WORK

About Email Marketing for Restaurants

Practical emails for the people running the dining room. Learn what we make, how we approach the work, and how to reach our editorial team.

Who Runs This Resource

Email Marketing for Restaurants is an independent publishing project. The site’s editorial team creates practical guides and original email templates for independent restaurant owners and marketing teams.

We are not an email service provider, restaurant operator, law firm, or representative of the software vendors mentioned on the site. We do not claim a named expert’s credentials or restaurant results that we cannot document.

What We Make

Our work combines a practical restaurant email strategy, a free library of twelve campaign templates, and a browser-based tool for adapting them. Supporting guides cover welcome emails, birthdays, guest lists, newsletters, loyalty messages, and software decisions.

The purpose is a useful next step: choose a campaign, change the details, and take content into your own email platform. This website does not send messages, run automations, manage guest lists, or connect to a restaurant POS.

How Guides and Templates Are Created

  1. Start with an operating task

We frame a guide around a task such as inviting a first visit or explaining a reward, rather than a broad promise of business growth.

  2. Use original examples

Our illustrative emails are written for this site and use fictional restaurants. They do not represent customer results or real brand campaigns.

  3. Check externally verifiable claims

We prefer official product documentation and public-authority guidance. Changing plan, price, or integration details require a current source and clear scope.

  4. Keep the limitations visible

Research, illustrative workflows, and hands-on product testing are different. We identify them rather than inventing a trial, testimonial, or rating.

Sources, Updates and Corrections

Guides show their review date and link relevant sources. A date is the date of the editorial review, not proof that every external detail will remain current or that a product was tested.

If a statement is unclear or no longer accurate, email the page URL, the sentence in question, and a reliable source. We review corrections and update material where warranted. We do not promise a fixed publication frequency.

Commercial Relationships and Editorial Decisions

The site currently carries no advertising code, and the software links are ordinary official-site links. We do not present a vendor relationship as a personal product test.

If commercial links are added later, they must be identified and disclosed near the relevant content. Editorial choices should still explain fit, limitations, and source quality.
