Email Marketing for Restaurants Terms and Template License
The rules for using this resource and its original templates. You can edit the templates for your restaurant’s own commercial email campaigns.
Using This Website
Effective October 22, 2026. Email Marketing for Restaurants provides general information, original illustrative email templates, and a browser-based customization tool. The service is intended to help restaurant teams prepare their own content.
The site is not a sending platform, legal service, restaurant booking service, or substitute for checking current vendor documentation. You remain responsible for the accuracy, audience, permissions, delivery, and use of the messages you create. If these terms are not suitable for your use, do not use the resource.
Free Original Template License
You may download, copy, modify, and use this site’s original email templates in your own restaurant’s commercial communications. You may also adapt them for a restaurant client’s own campaigns. A link or credit inside a guest email is not required.
You may publicly quote or republish an original template or a curated collection if you identify Email Marketing for Restaurants as the source and provide a working link to the original page. Do not misrepresent the content as independently tested campaign results or as endorsed by a named restaurant.
You may not package substantially the same template collection as a competing paid template product, remove source attribution from a publicly redistributed collection, or claim exclusive ownership of unmodified original resources. This license does not grant rights to third-party logos, trademarks, photographs, vendor screenshots, or other material identified as belonging to others.
Your Inputs and Generated Files
You retain responsibility for the material you supply. Only enter information you have the right to use. Do not enter customer lists, sensitive personal data, passwords, or private booking records.
The tool runs in your browser. It does not send emails, schedule campaigns, provide live POS data, validate a guest’s consent, host your unsubscribe process, or guarantee compatibility with every email client. Your email platform may require its own merge tags, headers, and configuration.
Example details and bracketed placeholders are not send-ready facts. Replace them, check the destination links, add the required identity and exit details, and send a test through your chosen platform.
Acceptable Use
- Use accurate and non-misleading content and comply with the rules and platform terms relevant to your message.
- Do not use the resource for phishing, impersonation, unlawful activity, harassment, or unauthorized collection of contact details.
- Do not attempt to compromise the website, interfere with normal access, or represent the website as a service for buying or scraping guest lists.
- Respect third-party intellectual property and privacy when adding your own brand, images, links, and text.
Information, Availability and Limits
We aim to provide useful, accurate material, but general guidance may not fit your particular location, business, software plan, or guest relationship. Product features, prices, integrations, and rules can change. Official sources and your own verification take priority over an illustrative example.
The site and free resources are provided as available without a promise of continuous access, a particular business result, search ranking, revenue, deliverability, or legal compliance. Nothing here limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
This page does not create a paid support, agency, or restaurant-operating relationship. We may change or retire free material, and we may correct inaccurate information.
Third-Party Links and Changes
Third-party websites are controlled by their own operators. Linking to a product is not a guarantee of its terms, safety, availability, suitability, or performance. Review the provider’s current information before registering or paying.
We may update these terms when the resource changes. The effective date indicates the current version. Questions about use, permission to republish, or a possible error can be sent to the contact address.
