Email Marketing for Restaurants Privacy Policy
Your template details stay in your browser. This policy explains the information involved in visiting the site, choosing analytics, and contacting us.
Who This Policy Covers
Effective October 22, 2026. This policy describes this independent resource at emailmarketingforrestaurants.net, operated under the Email Marketing for Restaurants project name. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
It applies to this website, its browser-based template generator, and messages you send to our contact email. Third-party email platforms, software websites, mail providers, and restaurant systems have their own policies.
Template Inputs Stay in Your Browser
The generator processes restaurant details and template text in the current browser session. We do not upload those fields to a server, an AI service, analytics, or a customer database. Refreshing or closing the page clears the in-memory form state.
Copying and downloading create content on your device. Files you keep, clipboard contents, browser downloads, and any later import into an email platform are controlled by your device and the services you choose. Do not enter guest lists, private reservation records, or sensitive personal information.
Your Analytics Choice
Optional Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose to allow analytics. Before a choice or after rejecting analytics, this site does not load the GA4 script or send GA4 measurement events. Essential site functions and downloads remain available.
The analytics preference is stored under emr.analytics.v1 in browser local storage, with your choice, time, and policy version. It remains valid for 180 days and synchronizes between tabs on the same origin. Missing, damaged, or expired records do not authorize analytics. If storage is unavailable, a choice works only in the current tab. You can reopen the privacy controls from the footer; clearing site storage removes the stored choice.
When allowed, analytics may receive page and device/browser information, a cookie-based identifier, and limited interactions such as the selected template identifier or export format. Automatic enhanced-measurement features are disabled. Page URLs and referrers are stripped of query parameters and fragments before measurement. We do not send tool inputs, names, email addresses, restaurant addresses, free-text content, or generated email bodies as analytics event parameters. We do not enable advertising personalization as part of this implementation.
Rejecting, Allowing and Withdrawing
You can reject optional analytics, allow it, withdraw permission, and allow it again through the same controls. A change is shared with other open tabs on this site. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional analytics collection and removes the GA cookies this site can manage.
Withdrawal does not retract information already sent to Google, delete information in unrelated browser origins, or guarantee immediate deletion from a third-party system. If a request is already in flight when the choice changes, that request may complete.
Hosting and Basic Technical Information
Cloudflare serves the website and image assets. Like other hosting providers, it may process request information such as IP address, requested resource, timestamp, browser information, and security-related signals to deliver and protect the service. Generator form text is not included in these resource requests.
We do not operate a server-side form, login system, advertising system, or guest contact database for this site. No advertising code is installed, and Cloudflare Web Analytics is not separately enabled. Our hosting and analytics providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Messages You Send Us
If you email us, your email provider and our receiving mail service process the address, message, attachments, and delivery details involved in that correspondence. We use the message to handle the enquiry, correction, or request.
We do not automatically add correspondents to a marketing list or sell their messages. We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle and document the matter, subject to applicable obligations. Ask us about deletion or access using the contact address; do not email confidential guest lists.
Your Controls and Questions
Your available rights depend on your location and the circumstances. You may contact us to ask about information in your correspondence or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you.
You can manage browser cookies and storage through your browser settings. This may reset your analytics choice. External software links take you to third-party websites whose collection and choices we do not control.
If the site’s data practices change, this policy and its effective date will be updated. Material changes should be explained before relying on a new optional collection purpose.
